（星期一）晚上八时正，在沙叻秀新村行动党办事处召开，敬请您届时准时出席。

常年大会事务如下 ：

a) 大会议长就座。

b) 支部主席致迎词。

c) 州代表/中央代表致词。

d) 选举以下职委

一位支部主席

一位支部副主席

一位支部秘书

一位支部副秘书

一位支部财政

一位支部宣传秘书

一位支部妇女事务秘书二位支部委员

e) 根据党章第八章规定，推选全国党员代表大会代表。

f) 通过上届支部常年大会大会之会议记录。

g) 考虑及接纳经过审查支部委员会任期内之财政帐目报告。

h) 考虑及接纳支部委员会任期内有关党务进展之报告。

i) 考虑及接纳所提出之任何提案。

j) 委任两名支部的党员为查账，其任期至下届支部常年大会为止。

Notice is hereby given for the 2013/2014 branch Annual General Meeting shall be held at:

Date : 03th june 2013 (Monday)

Time : 8.00p.m

Venue : DAP Salak South New Village Branch Office

10/2, Jalan 7/108C, Taman Sungai Besi, 57100 Kuala Lumpur.

The AGM agendas is as follows:


a) Speaker takes his seat.

b) Welcome Speech by Branch Chairman.

c) Speech by State Representative / CEC Representative.

d) To elect the following office bearers:

- A Branch Chairman

- A Branch Vice Chairman

- A Branch Secretary

- A Branch Assistant Secretary

- A Branch Treasurer

- A Branch Publicity Secretary

- A Branch Women Affairs Secretary

- 2 Branch Committee Members

e) To elect Delegates to the Party Congress in accordance with the provisions of Sub-Clause 3(a) Clause VIII of Party’s Constitution.

f) To pass the Minutes of the previous Branch Annual General Meeting.

g) To consider and adopt from the Branch Committee an audited Financial Statement of Accounts covering the period of its term of office.

h) To consider and adopt from the Branch Committee a Report covering the work and progress of the Branch during its term of office.

i) To consider and adopt any resolutions that may be put before it.

j) To appoint two member of the Branch to be the internal Auditors until the neat Branch Annual General Meeting.
