常年大会事务如下 ：
a) 大会议长就座。
b) 支部主席致迎词。
c) 州代表/中央代表致词。
d) 选举以下职委

一位支部副主席
一位支部秘书
一位支部副秘书
一位支部财政
一位支部宣传秘书
一位支部妇女事务秘书二位支部委员
e) 根据党章第八章规定，推选全国党员代表大会代表。
f) 通过上届支部常年大会大会之会议记录。
g) 考虑及接纳经过审查支部委员会任期内之财政帐目报告。
h) 考虑及接纳支部委员会任期内有关党务进展之报告。
i) 考虑及接纳所提出之任何提案。

The AGM agendas is as follows:
a) Speaker takes his seat.
b) Welcome Speech by Branch Chairman.
c) Speech by State Representative / CEC Representative.
d) To elect the following office bearers:
- A Branch Chairman
- A Branch Vice Chairman
- A Branch Secretary
- A Branch Assistant Secretary
- A Branch Treasurer
- A Branch Publicity Secretary
- A Branch Women Affairs Secretary
- 2 Branch Committee Members
e) To elect Delegates to the Party Congress in accordance with the provisions of Sub-Clause 3(a) Clause VIII of Party’s Constitution.
